COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Community Living Expectations

To maintain a harmonious and structured environment, all residents must adhere to these shared guidelines.

Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from housing.

🛡️ Respectful Shared Environment

Residents are expected to treat all housemates, staff, and neighbors with professionalism and respect. Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or creating a hostile living environment is strictly prohibited.

✨ Cleanliness & Maintenance

All residents must contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces. This includes promptly cleaning up after cooking, disposing of trash correctly, and maintaining a hygienic personal space. Routine inspections may occur.

🕒 Quiet Hours

To accommodate varying work schedules, quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum in all common areas and shared walls.

🔐 Safety & Security Standards

Residents must not prop open exterior doors or share access codes/keys with unauthorized individuals. Any security concerns or maintenance issues must be reported to property management immediately.

👤 Guest Policies

Guests are permitted only within designated hours and must be accompanied by the resident at all times. Overnight guests are strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort and security of all residents.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal:

  • Violence or threats: Zero tolerance for physical or verbal abuse.
  • Illegal activity: No illicit drugs or unlawful behavior on the premises.
  • Property damage: Deliberate destruction of Trilogy Estates property.
  • Harassment: Any form of intimidation or disruptive conduct.

Trilogy Estates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital platforms or living accommodations. Permanent housing availability is never strictly guaranteed.
